Outside will create a bespoke graduate and management training programme that is tailored to your business and its objectives. Whether the course runs over two days or one week it is very comprehensive, innovative and offer significant value for money.

The depth of the course content and the approach taken will ensure that the delegates cover a wide range of work related situations. Topics could include; communication techniques, leadership styles, group dynamics, group management, delegation and negotiation in addition to gaining a real insight into their own characteristics and behaviours. Each of the learning points will be reinforced and further embedded by relevant and inspiring outdoor activities.
