Client: West Midlands Police
Brief: The event was for two teams of men responsible for training police officers in crowd and riot control. The objective was to get these two teams to work closer together and build relationships. This very active group would require an action packed day to keep them entertained!
Event: Outside adapted the Assignment 8 programme so that the teams journeyed across Eastnor Castle estate and had two different tasks to complete at each location. So the teams mixed at each location they had to form the most appropriate team for each challenge. Successful completion of the task enabled them to collect equipment they required to besiege the Castle in the afternoon. They constructed two rafts and crossed the lake and climbed the terraces! The day ended with a zip wire experience for the Castle Turret.
A team member stated: "An experience to think about on the drive home; to tell your family and friends about; to think about when you go to bed - an experience to remember!"
