Client: Schering Plough PLC
Brief: The client needed a conference / training venue to complete some in house training with staff and wanted to mix this with activities that would further the training and act as conference breaks.
Event: Outside provided the venue and all facilities in their own venue Bronsil House on Eastnor Estate. After the first day the participants stayed overnight in the ger tents situated in walking distance from the venue and enjoyed an evening doing the wilderness cookery activity. The next day the training continued again at Bronsil House and the afternoon was spent doing Brainfever which was designed to refresh the group, encourage them to think and plan as a team and communicate.
The event was very successful and well received and 2 further teams have booked already within 6 weeks!
