The teams will work together in groups to build bridges, catapults and siege ladders amongst other structures to achieve their objective. Amongst the fun and laughter the real benefit is to promote strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, creativity as well as communication. Without developing these skills the team will struggle to achieve their objective as a group. This programme can also be developed as a competitive format between two opposing teams. Individuals will leave the day having learnt a lot of new skills and a great deal about themselves and their team mates.
