TEAM DYNAMICS
Team Dynamics is based on Transactional Analysis (TA) which is one of the most accessible theories of modern psychology. Founded by Eric Berne, the famous 'Parent Adult Child' theory is still being developed today.
Team Dynamics works with a series of task based activities so that with only a little classroom teaching participants can start to use ideas in real situations that allow them to reach a final destination.

Communication is key when trying to get your team members up the daunting Jacob's Ladder; collaborative thinking is critical when you all try to traverse the lake on wires with your equipment; initiative is essential when trying to resolve a maddening cranium.

Skilled facilitators will offer participants the chance to debrief after each activity. Using video playbacks and a little knowledge of the theory, your team can start to understand how their communication and thinking can work to drive them to failure or success.

They will find ways to modify their behaviour to reach their full potential, gaining skills and understanding that can transform workplace relationships and communication when you get back to the office on Monday morning.

Transactional Analysis has wide applications in clinical, therapeutic, organizational and personal development, encompassing communications, management, personality, relationships and behaviour.
