All the activities and challenges revolve around the group learning different methods of communicating and realising the importance of listening and watching which are skills often missing in the workplace. Many of the challenges involve using communication methods that have been around for centuries, helping to improve the team’s ability to interact and connect with each other. The teams will complete tasks that rely on very strong and clear communication with each other. This is a fun day with a clear, simple message and learning.
