The team will experience a number of tasks that involve giant wooden puzzles, navigation methods, communication techniques and initiative challenges all around the Castle Lake . To be successful the teams will have to carefully plan their time and use effective communication. These activities are either unique to Outside or created with a twist so that there is little danger that individuals will already be armed with the answers. The teams will have a great day with strong memories and an understanding of how to get the best out of their colleagues.
