It covers a broad spectrum of tasks that require individuals to focus on group performance. Identifying individual skills within the group will enable the participant’s work more effectively together on the journey to the final destination. The challenges along the way will be a blend of physical and mental and could include pioneering, problem solving, navigation, mountain biking, abseiling, kayaking, but cemented with the need to carefully manage common sense (all without having to be a trained athlete!)

Organisation, Leadership and Management are key to the team achieving their ultimate goal.
