APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY
Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is about making a change in the way you think about your organisation. It seeks out the best of "what is" to help ignite the collective imagination of "what might be".
Rather than a problem to be solved your organisation can become a living and breathing organism constructed from the hopes, dreams and passions of its people. Through peer interviews it attempts to find out what is truly life giving and high functioning within your organisation.
Through a process we call 4D; discovery, dreaming, design and destiny participants begin to construct a future around what is truly healthy within their organisation.
Skilled facilitators will lead participants through the process in the setting of the castle and its grounds.
You will end the day with a plan of action based on a vision for the future that turns possibility into reality, and belief into practice as well as, if you would like, a coat of arms.
